Roher Commercial Real Estate Services is a full service commercial real estate firm headquartered in the Antelope Valley. Glenn H Roher broker/owner is an experienced commercial broker with over 23 years experience selling multi-residential and commercial properties. He has worked in the aerospace field for 22 years, beginning his career in the Air Force as an Instrumentation Technician in 1976, and ending his career as a Flight Test Instrumentation Engineer supporting the B-2 Bomber with Northrop Grumman Corp in 1998. He started in the multi-residential field as an investor in 1997. Within a year he purchased three apartment complexes, totaling 50 units. In 1999, while managing his apartment complexes, he decided to obtain his California real estate license. By then he had owned well over 100 units and a commercial office building. Because of the experience he obtained acquiring, managing, and disposing his personal properties as an investor/agent, it seemed only natural that he assist other investors with the acquisition, exchanging and disposition of their multi-residential and commercial properties. Glenn has extensive experience in the multi-residential field and a broad range of complex commercial transactions, including real estate finance and investment analysis, commercial BOV's, and property management. His thirsts of knowledge for commercial real estate lead him to become a CCIM candidate in 2004, and to quickly obtain his CCIM designation in less than two years, in 2006, at the bi-annual CCIM convention in Vancouver, British Columbia. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. The designation is awarded by CCIM Institute. A CCIM is a resource to the commercial real estate owner, investor, and user, and is among a corps of approximately 13,500 professionals around the globe who hold the CCIM designation. CCIM designees live and work in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and more than 35 other nations. International membership includes about 1,000 professionals. CCIMs must be proficient in the areas of investment analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and financial analysis for commercial real estate.
