Let's bring the community back together for another safe, fun, family-friendly party on The Blvd at Blvd Dance!
With entertainment and music everywhere, come get your groove on as we dance our way back to school.
Join thousands of visitors and locals in hip downtown Lancaster for another family-friendly fun event! Downtown Lancaster will transform into a back to school party where everyone can let loose and have a ball. A giant *free foam dance party for all ages, *free Roller Skating pop-up rink hosted by Peace, Love, & Skates on Elm, back to school features, giveaways and specials for Teachers, backpack giveaway raffles, kids activities, and more. Add all that to the great shops, restaurants, museums, and entertainment venues located along Lancaster Blvd – and we create a positive atmosphere for all to enjoy.
*bring your own rollerskates, or rentals will be available for $15
*must sign waiver to participate in foam party
PARKING: Be sure to use the side streets and back alleys to find nearby parking, park at the library, any of the closed banks and businesses, as well as utilize Uber/Lyft.
We are accepting vendors on a first come, first served basis!
Vendors must incorporate our event theme in your decor, giveaway and for sale items, activities, costuming, lighting, etc. Please be creative, and have some fun!
To be considered:
- Payment must be made via Zelle (The Blvd Association: [email protected]) or Check (made payable to "The BLVD Association" & dropped off at Lancaster City Hall:44933 Fern Ave. Lancaster, CA 93534) in an envelope with ATTN: Nicole Jones / The BLVD Association. Indicate in the memo of the check the name of your business. Please include your contact information, and what type of space you will need (canopied vendor booth, food truck, food cart, etc.).
- If you are a food vendor, please include a copy of your health permit and proof of insurance. All food vendors without an LA County Health Permit will also need to fill out at TFF application. You may email a copy of your health permit and Certificate of Insurance to [email protected] may email a copy of your health permit and Certificate of Insurance to [email protected].
- VENDORS AND SPONSORS ON SITE must provide a certificate of insurance + an endorsement adding The City of Lancaster as Additional Insured. Please see specific insurance instructions HERE. Email these to [email protected].
- Please note that you will be responsible for lighting your space, as it will get dark during the event! We recommend bringing extension cords. You may also rent a light from us for $25
The vendor cost, per event, to participate is as follows (early bird pricing has expired; discount available if you sign up for both events now):

REGULAR PRICE TO PARTICIPATE:
$300 for food trucks/trailers/carts/canopied vendors (For canopies: The BLVD provides the canopy, 8 foot table, 2 chairs, and one basic light. You are responsible for providing your own extension and power cords). Must receive payment (Zelle to [email protected]
, or check made payable to The BLVD Association) by August 10, 2023.
PRIME LOCATION: $550 - $1,000: Choice of placement (chosen in order of sign-up date), Sponsor/Partner title, public mention at event, logo on website, social media promotion.
