If you ever need to report an issue or request help, the Inform Lancaster app is a quick and easy way to connect directly with the City. Inform Lancaster is a free app that provides a simple way to get information and offer valuable feedback about the City of Lancaster.

Use the "Report an Issue" feature to let us know about missed trash, potholes, graffiti, or other concerns right from your phone. Each report is tracked from start to finish in the "My Reports" section, and you will receive push notifications as updates are made.
